Cian is a Principal Customer Success Manager here at Hubspot and he helps look after our most valued customers in Ireland and the UK. Cian is passionate about all things Inbound (especially SEO and Email marketing) and since joining Hubspot in 2019 he has helped his customers unlock their brands' true potential through Hubspot and the Inbound methodology. He loves nothing more than connecting with Hubspot customers and learning about their journey and growth. Outside of Hubspot, you can find Cian out hiking the mountains and beautiful countryside of Ireland.

Jen Bergren creates courses and other educational content using human-centered operations topics to help people succeed in their careers, including a documentation cohort course and HubSpot RevOps Bootcamp. In her previous role as Head of Operations at Remotish, her work included creating plans, processes, and programs such as a knowledge management program (wiki), a comprehensive employee onboarding program, and a referral partner program that generated 50%+ of company revenue. She was also a professor for the HubSpot RevOps certification and works as an evaluator for marketing graduate courses at Western Governors University. Her book, What is RevOps, is scheduled to be published in late 2023.

Josh is COO/Partner at a HubSpot Partner agency that primarily works with manufacturing companies. They create and implement marketing and sales strategies for their clients, and HubSpot is a major component of those strategies.
He is a major HubSpot nerd. Most of his t-shirts, hoodies, and coffee mugs are HubSpot branded. He is active on the HubSpot community and maintains many certs.
